• Manage the ceremony rehearsal the day before so your friends and family know where to be and when.

• Confirming you have the marriage license, and making sire it gets to the officiant.

• Making sure the rings are in the right place at the right time!

• Cueing your ceremony music once everyone is lined up and ready.

• Directing the ceremony. 

• Direct guests to the ceremony and to the cocktail/reception area.

• Everything the Day of Coordination offers, plus:

  • Assisting with developing the lineup to walk down the aisle, who and the order.

  • Timeline Creation: Developing a minute-by-minute schedule for the wedding day.

  • On-Site Execution: Overseeing setup, managing the flow of the ceremony and reception, and resolving any last-minute issues so the couple can focus on the event. 

  • Layout Planning: Designing the floor plan for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

• We will meet to discuss your vision, followed by the creation of layout plans, color schemes and provide pictures/ideas.

• Ceremony decor:

  • Ceremony backdrops/arch to stand in front of, isle runners, altar arrangements and chair decor.

• Cocktail hour:

  • Table centerpieces and styled cocktail tables.

• Reception Decor:

  • Centerpieces, table runners, sweetheart table to include table styling, backdrop draping, card box/gift table setup, seating chart, memory stand, table for send offs/thank you gifts and desert display dishes.

  • We also offer 3 styles of chargers to pick from (gold, antique white, and clear with a gold bead trim)

• Setup and take down.

• For an additional fee, we offer dishes to serve food in or to keep the food warm.
