Wedding Packages

• * One meeting in person to discuss the ceremony and reception site(s) and go over the set-up                 plans.

• One meeting in person to discuss contracts, wedding logistics, and make final preparations for timelines.

•  Creation of a customized wedding day timeline for ceremony and cocktail/reception schedules, to include DJ cue sheets upon request.

• Coordination and assistance with vendors, as well as being their point of contact.

•  Ensure that the timelines are provided for the Team Bride, Team Groom, and all vendors.

•  Ensure there aren’t any missing pieces at your wedding.

•  Ensure the venue is properly prepared for your festivities.

•  Manage the ceremony rehearsal the day before so friends and family know where to be and when.

•  Ensure that the marriage license has been obtained, and it gets to the officiant on the day of the wedding.

• Making sure the rings are in the right place at the right time.

•  Cue your ceremony music once everyone is lined up and ready.

• Directing the ceremony

•  Direct guests to the ceremony and to the cocktail/reception area.

•  Ensure that everything runs smoothly.

•  Provide Team Bride and Team Groom with an emergency kit.

• Supervise the boxing of the cake and management of gifts by ensuring they are provided to the designated person.

• Everything the Day of Coordination offers, plus;

           * Assist with Budgeting.

          * Recommending, selecting, negotiating, and managing the vendors.

           * Layout planning: Designing the floor plan for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception to    

                  meet the couple’s vision.

           * Setting the overall budget and vision.

               * Creating the master timeline that covers all events, vendors, and logistics.

                * Managing the guest lists and RSVPs

• We will meet to discuss your vision, followed by the creation of layout plans, color schemes and provide pictures/ideas.

• Ceremony decor:

  • Ceremony backdrops/arch to stand in front of, isle runners, altar arrangements and chair decor.

• Cocktail hour:

  • Table centerpieces and styled cocktail tables.

• Reception Decor:

  • Centerpieces, table runners, sweetheart table to include table styling, backdrop draping, card box/gift table setup, seating chart, memory stand, table for send offs/thank you gifts and desert display dishes.

  • We also offer 3 styles of chargers to pick from (gold, antique white, and clear with a gold bead trim)

• Setup and take down.

• For an additional fee, we offer dishes to serve food in or to keep the food warm.

• This package is for the DIY brides who only need assistance with setting up their decor on the day of the wedding.
